Kofler Speck is a South Tyrolean family enterprise with passion for bacon, sausages and meat products. After traditional and transmitted recipe refined generations and with very modern processing technologies we produce for over 30 years decent bacon, spicy Kaminwurzen (smoked sausages), Gselchtes (smoked cattle ham) and other high-class specialities.
To our assortment also belong the South Tyrolean bacon g.g. A. and the farm bacon.
The complex aroma of wood honeydrew, is accentuated turn to medium-textured cheese, dry cheese, not too fat, but also goes well with boiled meats in warm milk brings out the malty component.
It has a full flavour with just a dash of sweetness and a light yet original hint of walnut
Innichner mountain cheese Alpine dairy Three Mountains, decently spicy cut-cheese, ripe time at least 8 weeks, natural bark.
With the Bresaola we define an air-dried cattle ham Italy, the taste a little milder and more softly than the Swiss "Bündnerfleisch".
