Der Parmigiano hat eine unerwartet fruchtige Note und riecht fast etwas nach Zitrone. Wenn man ihn kombiniert, zur Hälfte mit Pecorino über Pasta gerieben, ist das ein Hochgenuss!

Корочку никто не обрезает — на ней выбиты слова Parmigiano Reggiano (как и должно быть у настоящего пармезана DOP(!!!)). Сыр в идеальном состоянии: твёрдый, колется, пряный на вкус.
