Sardinian sheep's milk cheese - Pecorino sardo "Brigante"
We offer to you here a whole loaf of approx. 1.5 kg. of a real sardinian Pecorino. This Pecorino has a short ripening period of 20 - to 60 days, is white compact consistency, with little punching, is soft, the taste slightly mawkishly and fragrantly.
It is produced exclusively of full-cream milk of sheep of this Italian area under addition of natural milk acid bacteria and calf's rennet.
On sale all cheese pieces are freshly cut and packed subsequently airtight - under gap. Thus we guarantee for full quality and a safe transport at your home.
The Classico Quattrociocchi is an intense limpid golden yellow colour with greenish hues. The nose is fine and enveloping, with ample fruity tones of unripe tomato, lettuce and artichoke, accompanied by fresh hints of mint, basil and sage. The palate is elegant and vegetal, with hints of chicory, lettuce and celery. Bitterness is present and pungency is harmonic.

The South Tyrolean wild boar's salami Villgrater is produced of 60% of wild boar's meat and 40% of pork, is dried mildly spicy with a light red wine mark and afterwards in home mountain air. The wild boar's salami belongs to the particular specialities of the butcher's shop Villgrater!
