The grape variety, which originated in Germany, has found an ideal terroir in South Tyrol. Riesling makes high demands on the site and prefers a cool but sunny climate. Delicious white chocolate cream with pistachios
The brilliant straw-yellow color is tinged with light green; the aromas vary quince to pears to toasted almonds. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and racy, with a round and harmonious finish, thanks to aging in barriques.
Spicy-sweet mustard with a particularly intense flavour. The fruit is candied, then pureed and enriched with selected ingredients. In all versions it is an ideal complement to fresh and mature cheeses, white and red meat, poultry, fish and sausages. ORANGE mustard goes particularly well with goat's cheese, fresh cheese, Brie, tomino, fish.
