A refined specialty cheese infused with a quintessentially South Tyrolean red wine
This table cheese - made with pure, mountain-fresh farmers' milk South Tyrol - was created when a young master cheesemaker decided to revive the old tradition of the Weinschmuggler, or wine smugglers: he ennobled, or infused, wine into the cheese using South Tyrol's quintessential red, called Lagrein. The infusion of wine and selected spices into Mila Lagrein Wine Infused Cheese gives it an extraordinary aroma, marked fruitiness, and a pleasantly pronounced bouquet. This specialty cheese has irregular eyes and a firm consistency.

Naturally unfiltered-cloudy, cold-pressed olive oil. The intense aroma of freshly pressed olives is irresistible. It has a particularly fruity taste. Ideal as an accompaniment to raw vegetables, to refine bruschetta, to grilled meat as well as to mild dishes, where the fruity taste can come to the fore.
