Sexten is the village of the Three Peaks, and here is produced the Sextner cheese, after rural, craft recipe, as ever!
We offer to you here approx. 500 gr. (mostly a little bit more, we cut generously) of a real Sextner cottage cheese, a speciality which was already priced repeatedly at numerous fairs and exhibitions at home and abroad, not at least by the excellent taste and the quality of this product.
The Sextner cottage cheese is a mild to decent cut-cheese with small, regular punching whose ripening period amounts at least 4 weeks. The bark is treated with "Brevibacterium linens". The raw milk is daily freshly delivered by the local farmers and is processed subsequently to fresh milk, fresh cream, butter as well as also these delightful cheese specialities.
On sale all cheese pieces are freshly cut and packed subsequently airtight. Thus we guarantee for full quality and a safe transport at your home.
The South Tyrolean farm bacon is a culinary event of the special kind. An exclusivity, only in tiny amounts available, for gourmets oriented to pleasure to whom among other things also is aware of the great importance of an adequate fat portion. The meat comes pigs who are held appropriate to the species on small-structured South Tyrolean farms and are nourished freely of genetic engineering with especially well-chosen feed. The result are the pigs who prove an especially mellow bacon.

This Lagrein is characterised by a lively ruby red colour and a variety of aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruits. A full, pleasantly warm and intense wine with a velvety softness. A red wine of distinction, unique in its way, and only to be found in South Tyrol. It goes exceedingly well with meat, roasts and spicy cheeses, but it is also a wine to savour and for meditation, above all when it is drunk following several years of ageing and maturation in the bottle.
fresh fruity rosè wine, intense nose, elegant body, refreshing aftertaste
