Innanzi tutto la consegna, il formaggio è arrivato in tempi brevi e abbastanza refrigerato.
Per quanto riguarda la qualità, tutta la famiglia lo ha trovato di ottimo livello, anche i bambini dopo aver superato l\'impatto iniziale dovuto al profumo molto intenso.
Lo riprenderò insieme e prove anche altri formaggi, almeno mi sembrarà di essere tornato in Val Pusteria.
