Sexten is the village of the Three Peaks, and here is produced the real Sextner cheese after rural, craft recipe, as ever!
We offer you here approx. 500 gr. (mostly a little bit more, we generously cut) of a real Sextner wine cheese which receives his dark red colour as well as his characteristic taste the storage in Lagrein pomace. The Sextner wine cheese is a cut cheese, decently in the taste with small, round punching whose ripening period amounts at least 10 weeks.
On sale all cheese pieces are freshly cut and packed subsequently airtight. The cheese will get easily pressed which have, however, no consequences in taste. Thus we guarantee for full quality and a safe transport at your home.
Craft high-class ham with juniper crust, cooked, lightly smoked with aromatic juniper taste. Very well suitably as an hors-d'oeuvre or main food.

The Sextner farm salami Villgrater is produced of pure pork, it is an aromatic house salami with light garlic mark, air-dried after Italian kind.
Naturally unfiltered-cloudy, cold-pressed olive oil. The intense aroma of freshly pressed olives is irresistible. It has a particularly fruity taste. Ideal as an accompaniment to raw vegetables, to refine bruschetta, to grilled meat as well as to mild dishes, where the fruity taste can come to the fore.
