Ottimo formaggio!! Sapore corposo e consistenza pastosa, fanno di questa specialità casearia, una vera chicca per tutti gli amanti dei formaggi stagionati. Si presenta di un vivo colore giallo paglierino, con un leggero aroma di stagionatura (ottimo per qualsiasi piatto da presentazione: visto il colore acceso, darà sicuramente smalto al piatto). Imballaggio solido e molto accurato. Tempi di consegna buoni.
