The palate is fruity and offers a small fat, goumandize, a small incisive side, a fine straightness as well as a small juiciness, a fine freshness, a fine acidulous frame, power and fullness. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of dry orange, orangette, small notes of dry zests associated with small touches of dry lemon, caramel pear as well as hints of cigar, cedar, crème brûlée and a discreet hint of pepper (in the background)."
