That lovely bright, creamy mellowness carries seamlessly onto the palate, where the creamy foam smooths and bubbles over everything in still youthful exuberance. Freshness, fruit and body are poised, underpinned by a yeasty, autolytic backdrop reminiscent of freshly baked short crust. Give this another half year in the bottle to enjoy at maximum freshness.
