Hasta hace muy poco (digamos, hasta hace 4 años) la fruta que salía de aquí era dulce, concentrada, intensa. Hoy, bajo la mano de Rodrigo Zamorano, es una fruta muy distinta. Cosechado mucho antes, protegiendo las uvas del sol con el follaje de la planta, este vino ha ganado una enormidad en frutas rojas, en frescor, en tensión, en especias y también en hierbas."
