Mittels Maischegärung im Eichenfass erzeugt, zwölf Monate auf der Vollhefe dann sechs Monate auf der Feinhefe. Sehr animierend, bleibt lange am Gaumen mit tiefer Würze und pikanter Salzigkeit."
