The wine also starts to show some tertiary notes like butter, grilled nuts, toast, presenting a decent level of complexity which just started to take place. Racy palate feel with vibrating acidity, well structured and filled with intense zesty flavours. The finish ends with certain oiliness adding some textural feel. A good balance of noble bitterness with the sweet fruits. Already good for food pairing (white fish or blue cheese) but its long aging potential of at least 20 years make it a great candidate for cellaring."
