La Storica Nera e\' una delle mie grappe preferite. Il gusto secco ma deciso ed il retrogusto di cioccolata (ma con delicatezza) la rendono davvero unica. La consiglio a tutti, sia intenditori che no, meglio quando gustata con pasticceria secca o frutta secca.

Wir haben diesen Grappa vor ca. 2 Jahren in einem italienischen Lokal in der Nähe von Udine getrunken und fanden ihn grandios. Zurück in Deutschland wollten wir ihn kaufen und konnten ihn nirgendwo finden. Durch Zufall bin ich auf Ihre Seite geraten und wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass Sie diesen wunderbaren Grappa vertreiben. Der Preis ist zwar sportlich für 0,5 Liter. Dafür erhält man aber auch ein phantastisches Produkt. Das Einzige, das stört ist, dass das Siegel am Flaschenhals bei jeder Lieferung gebrochen war und die Flasche und die Verpackung durch den Siegelstaub rote Farbspuren hatten, die nicht wegzuwischen waren. Ärgerlich, wenn man eine Flasche verschenken möchte. H&H hat mir bestätigt, dass die Flaschen so bei ihnen ankommen. Vielleicht ist die Brennerei Domenis ja bereit, den Flaschenhals vor der Auslieferung mit ein wenig Bläschenfolie zu schützen. Dies wäre wünschenswert.

The Classico Quattrociocchi is an intense limpid golden yellow colour with greenish hues. The nose is fine and enveloping, with ample fruity tones of unripe tomato, lettuce and artichoke, accompanied by fresh hints of mint, basil and sage. The palate is elegant and vegetal, with hints of chicory, lettuce and celery. Bitterness is present and pungency is harmonic.
