Top fermented strong beer, with a very dark colour and dense cappuccino coloured head. This brew burst in aromas malt to maraschinos till caramel notes. A structured and velvety body surrounded by a pleasant coffee scent and intense flavour. The perfect match for wild meats (deer or boar) or biscuits , custard pastries and even bitter chocolate. Meridiem is a great companion for reading a nice book during the winter season. Secondarily fermented and aged in bottle, forms natural sediments.

The Classico Quattrociocchi is an intense limpid golden yellow colour with greenish hues. The nose is fine and enveloping, with ample fruity tones of unripe tomato, lettuce and artichoke, accompanied by fresh hints of mint, basil and sage. The palate is elegant and vegetal, with hints of chicory, lettuce and celery. Bitterness is present and pungency is harmonic.
