Profile: It appears as a clear green colour with gold reflections. It results captivating and sharp, with an outcome of green olive with medium intensity, where smells like cut grass and olive leaves are followed by elegant notes of cardoon, artichoke, bitter almond and lettuce. Strong and rich in its vegetables notes made of official herbs with a heavy and well dosed bitter and spicy taste. It is ideal with starters of porcini mushrooms, tomato bruschetta, tuna salads, octopus marinade, bean soups, grilled swordfish, red or black grilled meat and seasoned cheeses.
Bresaola is an air-dried beef ham of Italian origin. We only use beef our own slaughter for its production.
Steiner is a specialist for typical products our mountain areas. Particularly for the tasty kitchen is suited the belly bacon, well passed through with fat, smoked with beechwood, air-dried about several weeks matured.
The classical bacon is produced of the best piece of the leg. Refined with spices, mountain herbs and salt, the bacon is pickled for 20 days. After a cold smoke phase with beechwood filings the bacon sides are matured for a total of 5 months in our pure mountain air at controlled temperature.
The infused oils are obtained with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Quattrociocchi. The olives, the citrus and the spices are cold pressed together. Each one of our product is made according to the traditional recipe. All the ingredients are high quality and organic.
