Extra virgin olive oil produced in Brindisi. It has a golden yellow and slightly green colour. Slightly spicy taste. It goes well with vegetables, salads, red and white meat. Acidity 0,2 %.
Its strong and malt taste reminds the old tradition of the brewers.
