The Cuvée No. 7 is the most contemporary Franciacorta among the wines of the Sparrowhawk. Cuvée no.7 encapsulates the identity territorial identity of the Sparrowhawk and the peculiarities of our terroir, skilfully interpreted by the work of oenologist Francesco Polastri.
Born in 2014 a selection 10 cuvées created using different percentages of wines individual vineyards, the cuvée identified with the number 7 proved to have the stylistic signature perfect expression of our terroir. Hence the name "Cuvée n.7". A 100% Chardonnay Franciacorta that conquers by its freshness.

A sparkling wine for connoisseurs which develops its full greatness as an escort to the table to be enjoyed as an accompaniment to special menus with a fish basis, with our without sauces.
