Trento DOC Dosaggio Zero - 2018 - 0.75 lt. - Madonna delle Vittorie
Chardonnay grapes cultivated with spurred cordon and guyot in the Creaz and Bruttagosto locations in the municipality of Arco. Straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. Delicate nose with floral and bread crust scents. Creamy in the mouth but dry and decisive, characterised by the right acidic backbone.
Trento DOC Brut Rosè - Madonna delle Vittorie - 0.75 lt.
Pinot Noir grapes cultivated in a Guyot system at Maso Sasso. Pink, orange peel with a fine and persistent perlage. Delicate nose with characteristic hints of Pinot and bread crust. Creamy in the mouth but dry and decisive, characterised by the perfect acidity.
