The Franciacorta Rosé 'Monique' is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes the Sergnana vineyard and the Ronchetto vineyard. The grapes are macerated in contact with the skin for the time necessary to extract the finest aromas and to impart the rosy hue desired by the oenologist.
