Delicious artichoke hearts, made fresh Apulian artichokes. Very delicate, they are excellent as an entrance dish, as a garnish for carpaccio and for all savoury pastry decorations. INGREDIENTS artichokes, olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, flavourings, acidity regulator: citric acid (E 330), antioxidant: lascorbic acid (E 300).

This unique formula you can only find in the Pharmacy of Dobbiaco. The local pharmacist Dr. Barbierato, was able to create a liqueur different typical herbs, that evokes perfume and beauty of the Dolomites. Diluted with water, ice and fresh mint leaves you can enjoy it as aperitif too.
