Freshly processed artichokes, defoliated by hand, cooked and preserved in lightly flavoured sunflower oil. Ideal as a starter and side dish, they can also be sliced and fried with parsley or breaded. INGREDIENTS Red onions, wine vinegar, red wine, sugar, salt, flavourings, acidity regulator: citric acid (E 330), antioxidant: lascorbic acid (E 300). Contains sulphites.
