Asti Spumante Galarej 50 cl. - 2015 - Fontanafredda
The result is a sparkling wine that forms a rich, thick foam which gradually reveals a nice straw-yellow colour with green highlights. The bouquet is an explosion of aromas - limetree flowers, acacia, gooseberry and orange, mature peaches and plums. Sage, rosemary and multi-flower honey are also present. On the palate the bubbles form a thick coating which soon melt into a felling of freshness and sweetness. Aftertaste is very long and dominated by an amazing taste of strawberries.

Moscato d'Asti Moncucco 0,375 l. - 2022 - winery Fontanafredda
The colour is garnet-red with ruby highlights that take on a slightly orange tone over time. It has a clear-cut, intense nose with overtones of vanilla, spices, withered roses and underbrush. The taste is dry, but soft, full-bodied, velvety and well-balanced, and is very long-lasting.
Nebbiolo Langhe Mirafiore - 2018 - 0.75 lt. - winery Fontanafredda
When young, it features a fragrance which is wonderfully spontaneous and full of surprise: in its bouquet, colour, and generous, velvety body this Langhe Nebbiolo brings out all the typical qualities of the magnificent vine it is made from. With the time its colour becomes garnet-red with strong orange hues, and its nose achieves more complexity, showing notes of withered flowers, such as roses and, above-all, geraniums. In the mouth it is warm, soft, full in flavour, velvety, well-balanced and lingering.
