Fritz & Felix's Schüttelbrot is made according to a traditional recipe that has been passed down in South Tyrol for generations. Each loaf is made by hand and baked on stone slabs to ensure it is crisp and aromatic. The sweet cream for our butter is won of milk High Puster Valley mountain farms. Genuine, aromatic, tasteful milk. Then we make our butter it. Naturally golden brown, spreadable and extremely soft. It's taste is fresh, creamy and mild.
Grease-free cooking ham the upper bowl of the pig made. By the careful cooking and burning incense the ham remains very juicy. The crust is refined intensely with rosemary, which creates a delicate and harmonic taste.
A cow's raw milk cheese of the Eggemairhof in Mühlwald which owes his name to the small, round form and the affinage with rosemary. Maturation approx. 40 days in the natural cellar.
