Fritz & Felix is a producer of handmade Schüttelbrot based in South Tyrol, Italy. The company was founded in 1960 by Johann Reichhalter and taken over in 1997 by his son Erwin Reichhalter, who combined a passion for traditional craftsmanship with his interest in innovative flavours. Fritz & Felix's Schüttelbrot is made according to a traditional recipe that has been passed down in South Tyrol for generations. Each loaf is made by hand and baked on stone slabs to ensure it is crisp and aromatic. The Sextner farm salami Villgrater is produced of pure pork, it is an aromatic house salami with light garlic mark, air-dried after Italian kind.

Spelled Vinschgerl, pronounced Alto Adige If South Tyrol could be bitten into, it would taste like Vinschgerl: the typical wholemeal rye bread made sourdough, slowly rising and flavoured with aromatic spices. Sure, it has a strange name and is easier to eat than to pronounce, but then again, you can't talk with your mouth full! Heat it up in the oven at 180° for 4 minutes to release all its flavour.
Comb ham is also known as a cervical ham or in Italy as "a Coppa". With its slightly streaky meat structure the ham tastes especially mildly and juicy. He is cut best of all paper-thin and gives a fine mark to salads.
Our mountain salami consists of controlled, thin and tender pork which is enriched with natural spices and is dried in rough height air.
