Schüttelbrot is a crispy mixed rye bread in the form of a flatbread, which is traditionally hand-shaken. A typical South Tyrolean speciality, light to the bite and particularly digestible. Ideal with bacon, cheese or a good glass of red wine. Crispy mixed rye bread in pita form. Ingredients: RYE flour 81%, WHEAT flour, yeast, sourdough (RYE flour, water), salt, caraway, fennel, spices, WHEAT malt flour. Allergens: May contain traces of egg, nuts, milk, soy and sesame.
