Chutney Figs - Mustard 110 gr. Regiohof ...
the nicest fruits, guaranteed regional origin & hand-picked processing, the fruits matured in the summer sun.
Albert Brugger Regiohof says: Good things are always simple and clear, that's why I look for them. Since 2002, berries local farmers have been processed into high-quality jams, mustards, nectars and syrups. The range has been expanded to also offer mountain elixirs, made in the traditional way grappas and alcoholic extracts of mountain fruits, herbs and flowers. Living in the barren mountains with short summers has led people there to appreciate mountain fruits and use them in a sensitive way. Harvests are seen as accompanied by gods and natural events are treated under their direct care. Fields are blessed and places spiritually incensed, and one is one with heaven and earth. The transience of being, seasons, harvest times, fruits and souls is known, but mountain fruits are gently processed to preserve them impermanence and to preserve them for body and soul.
