Selectioned honey of Dolomites flowers coming the Beekeeping Dolomiti Honey of amber shades, more or less clear depending on the place of collection, pleasant aroma, ideal to end the meal on toast or in tea. It has antiseptic properties and tends to crystallize. May come depending on the availability of several valleys in the Dolomites 500 m above sea level.
It smells warm and complex with elegant floral notes.
The special herbal mixture after old traditional farm preion and smoking with selected, Sarntaler coniferous wood (mountain pine pine and juniper) give the "Original Grammhof Speck" the unique and unmistakeable taste.
