Particular importance is attached to the selection of raw materials as well as careful processing and storage. The Pircher distillery only uses fruit fruit farmers in the region and works closely with them. A special highlight are the noble fruit brandies, which are stored in oak barrels, giving them an intense aroma and a pleasant woody note. In addition, the distillery also produces fine grappas, whiskies and other spirits. In addition to the high quality of its products, the Pircher distillery also attaches great importance to sustainability and environmental protection. For example, biological waste water treatment is used and the distillery's own orchard is managed ecologically.
