Forest honey South Tirol directly the farm. Real South Tyrolean forest honey is a natural product, accumulated and processed the bees and got the beekeeper. This honey is free of any additions and is estimated very much because of its many natural active substances.
Selected spices like rose paprika, sharp chillis and different herbs are sprinkled in the fine-grained beef, afterwards mixed and controlled with pork and other ingredients, matured slowly at low temperatures, results in an incomparably piquant but not too sharp taste mark. Very much appreciated for pizzas and snacks.
Of finely spicy beef and pork bottled in natural bowel, smoked and matured for some days, this proves the probably best known raw sausage speciality in the Alps, the so-called Kaminwurze. The choice of the best raw materials and the processing after old tradition guarantees a maximum in quality.
