The Pustertaler Salamini Villgrater are produced of beef and pork in the physical white frost procedure, are mildly spiced, with light red wine taste and afterwards dried in home mountain air.
Exclusively of beef made salami, a delicacy in the raw sausage. The careful production and the natural maturation lend a special mark to this product.
The classical bacon is produced of the best piece of the leg. Refined with spices, mountain herbs and salt, the bacon is pickled for 20 days. After a cold smoke phase with beechwood filings the bacon sides are matured for a total of 5 months in our pure mountain air at controlled temperature.
