"È innaturale la complessa matrice che alterna nel bouquet le note di fiori rossi e fiori blu che ricordano l'ibisco, la violetta selvatica e la lavanda. Tanto legno di sandalo si fonde con le amarene sotto spirito in sottofondo ed insieme ne aumentano la complessità. Ma c'è di più in questo vino con pepe bianco, timo e bacche di ginepro nella scultorea matrice sensoriale di un fuoriclasse nato in terra Toscana. Corpo pieno, tannini vellutati quasi setosi nella trama ben si fondono nella struttura e si uniscono al finale che esplode in una chiusura ricca di succosità e fragranza stringendo il profilo dal centro palato in poi in una linea verticale che sembra senza fine! Meglio dal 2022."
