Vigneti: "448 s.l.m." raggruppa i vitigni storici della nostra terra di produzione come il Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon ed il Moscato Giallo. Le uve provengono dalla zona di coltivazione di Cornaiano sulle colline dell'Oltradige, ad un'altezza di 448 m s.l.m. in vigneti ben areati. Il terreno di produzione è ricco di minerali, formatosi da sedimenti dell'epoca glaciale.
Vinificazione: Dopo la vendemmia l'uva viene immediatamente pressata. La fermentazione avviene in contenitori d'acciaio a temperatura controllata, senza fermentazione malolattica.
