Chardonnay Baron Salvadori - 2019 - 0.75 lt. - vine cel. Nals-Margreid
This elegant and fruity Chardonnay is cultivated on clayey and calcareous grounds. The fermentation takes place in durmast barrels through the malolactic process. After that, the wine is left to mature for 11 months. Ripe fruits fragrances together with the full-bodied taste, the well-balanced structure and the pleasant perfume, are the characteristics of this wine.

Mature notes of banana, pineapple and tropical fruit tease the nose. The sandy limestone soils, in which its vines spread their roots, give it a pleasantly fresh, ripe fruit and remarkable structure, as well as the salty and fresh aftertaste of our Selection-Chardonnay. A wonderful wine offering exquisite pleasure whether drunk alone or as a companion to almost all starters and grilled fish.
Gewürztraminer Lyra - 2020 - 0.75 lt. - vine cel. Nals-Margreid
An unmistakably intensive, aromatic bouquet with aromas of fresh roses, cloves and lychee is the distinctive mark of this golden yellow Gewürztraminer. Grown in the Gewürztraminer's natural and traditional habitat, Tramin, it embodies the opulence and strength of a smooth and full-bodied wine, crowned with a long finish. A wonderful choice as an aperitif wine and companion to flavorsome dishes, fish, lobster and liver pâté.

The ideal location of our Gries Lagrein Riserva in the historical vineyard of Gries, in Bozen, arouses its fruity and savory aromas of ripe fruit, cherry and chocolate. The heat of Bozen's circular valley lends it velvety elegance, a soft body and vivid freshness, with well-integrated tannins. With its fruity finish, it is the perfect partner for lamb, game and red, grilled meats.
Lagrein Sand - 2020 - 0.75 lt. - vine cellar Nals-Margreid South Tyrol
The garnet red color holds promise of strong aromas and opulence: Growing in the warm soils of Bozen's circular valley, its fruity and zesty bouquet is reminiscent of chocolate, ripe cherry and violets. The long maturation favors the Lagrein's soft tannins and a pleasant freshness, followed by an impressive finish. A wine of choice with game, game birds and stewed dishes.
Pinot Bianco South Tyrol - 2022 - 0.75 lt. - vine cel. Nals-Margreid
Thanks to the elevated location of Penon village, accentuated elegance, crisp freshness and distinct acidity characterize our Pinot Blanc. The late harvest in October encourages persistence and opulence through a stimulating bouquet of apple and pineapple. A suitable appetizer as an aperitif, and a fruity-fresh companion to light starters, fish dishes and white meats. On the slopes of Margreid is planted the Penon vineyard with its pure limestone gravel soils.
Pinot Grigio Punggl - 2020 - 0.75 lt. - vine cel. Nals-Margreid
The Pinot Grigio 'Punggl' grows in fertile highly clayey grounds southern Magrè. The aromatic fruity taste is marked by honey, nuts and flowers giving elegance and charm to this wine. Its taste is full on the palate, with notes of minerals and an intense and persistent structure.
Riesling Pitzon - 2020 - 0.75 lt. - vine cel. Nals-Margreid
Originating moraine soils with traces of primitive rock, our Pitzon Riesling features aromas of apricot and peach and notes of spicy hay.
