Pinot Noir Riserva Burgum Novum - 2017 - Castelfeder Winery
Our Pinot Nero Riserva is only produced when the conditions permit the creation of a truly outstanding wine that shows off the Alto Adige region in its very best. 2016 vintage resulted in very intense, concentrated Pinots with powerful ruby red colour, fine Burgunder bouquet with red berry flavours accompanied by vanilla notes. A deep mouth filling wine with clear tannins that has all the hallmarks that we look for in a Riserva.
Cabernet Riserva Burgum Novum - 2018 - Castelfeder Winery
A deep garnet-red color, this wine exhibits understated aromas of cherries, cassis and wild berries. Forceful yet round in flavor, its impressive depth and elegance persist throughout its lingering finish. An excellent accompaniment to pork, veal, or beef, lamb, poultry, game or gamebirds, as well as cheeses.
Pinot Grigio 15 - 2021 - Castelfeder Winery
This youthful fresh wine makes a very elegant impression. Greenish-yellow to bright yellow colour with delicate fruity and floreal aromas toghether with mature apples prevalent in the bouquet. Its lively style combined with a balanced acidity accompanies this wine through its harmonious finish. Good accompainment with all sort of appetizers, as well as asparagus dishes, seafood, pork or veal.
Sauvignon Raif - 2020 - Castelfeder Winery
Pale straw yellow with green highlights. Fresh, lively and owerflowing with tropical aromas such as pineapple, passionfruit and mango. The fresh, mouthfilling flavours are backed by a fine acidity giving it length and perfect balance. This wine is an excellent accompainment to asparagus, seafood and warm starters.
Pinot Noir Glener - 2020 - Castelfeder Winery
Powerful ruby red colour. Fine characteristic Pinot bouquet with a clearly fruity character and a trace of spicey and smokey aromas. This wine is powerful and expressive on the palate with a pleasant tannic background. A noble wine for moderately complicated dishes.
Kerner Lahn - 2021 - Castelfeder Winery
This powerful white wine shows a straw yellow colour with green reflexes, a complex bouquet of lime, peaches and hints of mango and has a wonderful mouth fill and structure without missing the acidity that gives him the freshness in the aftertaste. A very complex and versatile wine that can be paired to many dishes.
Pinot Grigio Mont Més - 2021 - Castelfeder Winery
Light green lustres run through the radiant straw-yellow colour of this wine, whose aroma is rich in fruits, the most striking of which are pears and apples. An excellent balance gives this wine strength and structure. It is dry and smooth on the palate with a pleasant, mineral aftertaste. Pinot Grigio goes well with many dishes, especially lighter foods, fried mushrooms and fresh water fish.
Chardonnay Doss - 2021 - Castelfeder Winery
This wine is pale yellow in colour with green reflections and characterises the variety with it's diversity of aromas: mature fruits such as apple and pear and bananas mixed with exotic fruit notes of mango and a trace of honey. Slightly spicy, well structured and full in the mouth with a mineral finish on the palate.
