Grape Variety: Chardonnay
Soil: Light marly soils which warm up quickly in spring.
Winemaking: On delivery to the winery the grapes are lightly pressed, the juice is separated solid substances by natural sedimentation and subsequently fermented at a constant temperature of 20°C.
Deion: This is a very agreeable, fresh and flowery Chardonnay, pale yellow with green reflexes in colour with delicate, fruity, warm and persistent aromas of apple, especially Golden Delicious which underpins its varietal character. The wine's crisp, tangy acidity combined with its pronounced fruit and impressive structure point to a wine which will continue to develop complexity, with a cellaring potential of at least 2 years.

Colour: fresh, pale cherry red. Aroma: fruity and clear with notes of cherries, raspberries and redcurrants, fresh and playful. Taste: full-bodied structure, pleasantly fine acidity, attractive freshness, youthful winey nature, juicy and drinkable, a rosé with a red wine character and a fresh, long finish
velvety and light wine of "Vernatsch" grapes - colour: light-rubin-red up to rubin red - scent: lovely, fruity, aromatic and tipical - taste: dry, mild, harmonic, aroma of almonds
This particular wine is very rich and concentrated, full, deep ruby in colour with intense, almost aggressive herbaceous aromas which evolve and become warm and generous with maturity. They remain intense even after the wine has been in the glass for a considerable time. On the palate it is rich and dry, herbaceous, earthy and long due to its fi rm, tannic structure, characteristics which will enable this wine to mature magnifi cently in bottle for at least a year or two, evolving, mellowing and developing complexity.
