Grape variety: Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, Manzoni bianco.

Site: Bergmannhof, St. Pauls/Eppan Soil. Loamy limestone gravel soils with very stony sections.

Method of cultivation: Guyot

Yield: 50 hl/ha

Age of the vines: 10-30 years

Harvest: Handpicked at the beginning/middle of September

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation on the skins and ageing on the skins for 4 months in a clay amphora, malolactic fermentation and ageing for 16 months on the fine lees in used oak barrels.



Alcoholic content: 13.00 %
