In the nose it reminds of fresh apple, a fruity Pinot Blanc, but also of white peach. In the drink it is fine fruity and has a nice minerality and freshness, in the finish it reminds of citrus. This wine is named after the daughter of the house, Eva.
Grape variety: 100% Manzoni white (cross between Riesling and Pinot Blanc).
Zone: The Manzoni Bianco grows at 250 m above sea level near the Trudner stream on a rubble cone facing southwest. In this warm location, this variety brings freshness and fruitiness.
