Vinification: 4 hours of mash time, afterwards gently pressing. Fermentation and vinification in barrique for 11 months; bottled in november 2013.
Appearance: Colour golden to amber; Aroma very aromatic and spicy bouquet, with notes of honey, vanilla, quince and candied orange peels; Taste full and voluminous body, excellent balance between residual sugar, acidity and alcohol.
