Method of cultivation: Guyot Yield: 65 hl/ha Age of the vines: 15-20 years Harvest: Handpicked at the end of September Vinification: Maceration in large wooden vats for 3 weeks, malolactic fermentation and ageing for 18 months on the fine lees in oak tonneau. Bottled unfined and unfiltered at the end of April 2022. Matured in bottle for at least 6 months.
