The rosé is characterised by fruity nuances strawberry to raspberry and impresses with its good acidity. 

Grape varierty:
Lagrein Rosé - Mitterberg IGT - Autochthonous grape variety South Tyrol. 

Production area: 
Porphyritic alluvial soils, clayey sand, very deep with a very high water retention potential. 

Vinification: 
Hand harvest, 3 harvests, maceration in open tonneaux for a few hours. Ageing in steel barrels and concrete tank. 

Allergens: 
wine can contains sulphites.



Alcoholic content: 11.00 %
