VINTNERS COMMENT: A vivid stramineous color with greenish gleam. The flowery aromas remind of roses, cloves, nutmeg and ethereal flavours. The taste is harmonic, fresh and soft with a long persistant finish. BOTTLING:

The Merano Burggräfler Winery is one of the oldest wineries in South Tyrol and was founded in 1901. It is located in the city of Merano in the heart of the Burggrafenamt, a historic region in South Tyrol. The Lagrein has a fine and pleasant bouquet, reminiscent of violets. Its flavour is full, velvety and slightly bitter and it also keeps well. This is a wine that goes well with grilled and roast meats, game and spicy cheeses.

The Würstel Merano has the origin in South Tirol, more exactly said in the area of Merano, the Meraner Würstel also. Typically for a Meraner Würstel a high beef portion and coarse grained meat is trained in the fine basic emulsion.
