VIGNETI: Le uve provengono dalle zone di Ora, Egna e Termeno, dove i vigneti si estendono su terreni di conformazione calcarea, argillosa con un sottosuolo ghiaioso ad un altezza di circa 250 fino a 550 metri s.l.m.
VINIFICAZIONE: Dopo la vendemmia le uva sono state portate in piccoli serbatoi in cantina. La pressatura è stata fatta in modo soffice immediata con successiva vinificazione nei contenitori d'acciaio a temperatura controllata (19°C) senza fermentazione malolattica.
NOTE SENSORIALI: Il Pinot Bianco appartiene alla famiglia dei Pinot della Borgogna ed è "imparentato" con il Pinot Grigio e con il capostipite della famiglia dei Pinot, il Pinot Nero. Il Pinot Bianco è un vino fresco e fruttato con un sapore secco e pieno. Si presenta di colore giallo verdognolo fino a giallo chiaro con un leggero profumo di mela. Si sente anche un sapore di nocciola e fogliame verde. È un vino con molta armonia tra corpo e acidità. Abbinamenti consigliati per il Pinot Bianco sono antipasti leggeri, piatti a base di pesce o carne bianca. Si può consigliare questo vino anche come aperitivo.
The Tramin Winery is a renowned wine producer in the heart of the South Tyrolean wine-growing region in northern Italy. During the hot season, which did not allow for air curing, in earlier times people began to cook the meat first and then lightly smoke it. This resulted in a good shelf life and a food product with an extraordinary taste and aroma.

It is produced using white grape Must, acetified and aged in oak barrels to get its typical amber colour. Its most striking feature is that it does not alter the colour of dishes but it adds a fruity and mildly acid aroma and flavour (excellent to replace wine vinegar).
