The Manincor Winery is a renowned producer of wines the South Tyrol region in northern Italy. The winery is located in Kaltern am See, one of the most beautiful wine-growing regions in South Tyrol. The winery was founded in the 17th century by the von Enzenberg family and has been family-owned ever since. In 1991, the winery was taken over by Michael Graf Goëss-Enzenberg and has since developed into one of the best-known wineries in South Tyrol under his management. The Manincor winery focuses on natural and biodynamic viticulture, which means that the grapes are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilisers. Instead, natural methods such as green manuring, composting and the use of beneficial insects are used to keep the soil and grapes healthy. Biodynamic farming also incorporates cosmic rhythms and moon phases into viticulture. The winery has a wide range of grape varieties, including local varieties such as Vernatsch and Lagrein as well as international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully processed to produce wines of the highest quality. Manincor's wines are characterised by their elegance, finesse and complexity and are highly appreciated by wine lovers and critics worldwide due to their high quality. In addition, the winery is committed to sustainability and environmental protection and has received numerous awards for its ecological efforts. The Manincor winery is an example of a successful wine producer that has found a balance between tradition and innovation while respecting and protecting the environment.

Color: fresh light yellow with slightly greenish nuances. Smell: This cuvée has a multifaceted structure with a hint of herbs and spices, including aniseed, mint and sage, as well as nuances of fruit aromas, especially apricot, mandarine, honeydew melon, maracuja and passion fruit, all underpinned with salty mineral components. Taste: On the palate, Nova Domus is complex and delicate, offering a creamy softness in an interesting symbiosis with an aromatic minerality, and has the texture for a very long finish.
A lovely, lively perlage is matched by an extravagant and complex bouquet in which flowery notes and accents of honey, white chocolate, and dried fruits all come together. At the same time, components of exotic fruits such as pineapple, grapefruit, and mango become noticeable. The bouquet of the Cuvée Marianna is rounded out by a spicy, freshly roasted note that originates the aging and refining of the still wines in small oak casks. In the mouth, this sparkling wine immediately shows its tendency toward fullness and substance, thanks to its dense structure and a component that still needs to be "tamed" and find its balance. As a result of its freshness, its luxuriant juiciness, and its tastiness, it is an extraordinary product at every phase up to and including its long-lasting and opulent finish.
La Rose de Manincor - absolute elegance for certain opportunities: its opulence and succulence - its colour alone fires the imagination - make it a delicious spring and summer wine.
A clean, concentrated floral nose reminiscent of elder and acacia flower with ah hint of sage, leads to a fresh, distinctive palate with nicely rounded fruit, light oak spice and a crisp finish. Enjoy it with a snack of fresh goats' cheese and smoked salmon pâté with crusty bread, or as a partner for lobster tail salad, full-flavoured fish dishes, scallops stir-fried with ginger, or goats' cheese soufflé.
