VIGNETI: Le uve provengono dalle zone di Montagna, Egna e Termeno, dove i vigneti si estendono su terreni di conformazione calcarea, argillosa con un sottosuolo ghiaioso ad un altezza di circa 200 fino a 400 metri s.l.m.
VINIFICAZIONE: Dopo la vendemmia l'uva è stata sottoposta ad una pressatura soffice immediata. La successiva vinificazione è stata fatta in contenitori d'acciaio a temperatura controllata (19°C) senza fermentazione malolattica.
NOTE SENSORIALI: Il Pinot Grigio appartiene alla famiglia dei Pinot della Borgogna ed è "imparentato" con il Pinot Bianco e con il capostipite della famiglia dei Pinot, il Pinot Nero. In Francia questo vitigno viene chiamato "Pinot Gris", in Germania "Ruländer" dove ha ricevuto la denominazione di un commerciate che lo ha importato. Il Pinot Grigio è un vino bianco pieno e ricco di estratto e si presenta di colore giallo paglierino. Il suo sapore e delicato e gradevolmente morbido. Nei vini a piena maturazione risaltano note di noci e miele. Si abbina molto bene a piatti a base di funghi, pesce e frutti di mare. Consigliato anche come vino da aperitivo.
