Color: brilliant pale yellow with green nuances. Smell: Green apple and white peach combine with fine nuances of lemon balm and mint to create the typical aroma of the classic Terlano. Taste: Peach is very strong on the palate, too, lending the Terlano its lively but at the same time very mellow character. The multifaceted, well structured flavor derives an interplay of freshness and minerality and also has a wonderfully persistent finish.
Aristos - The noblest of white wines. The Cantina Valle Isarco winery has focused on the cultivation of this noble variety only recently. Controlled production allows the production of a fruity, very elegant wine that has made it the king of white wines.
A grape with small berries that has been cultivated in South Tyrol for decades, and which prevails in an aristocratic red wine. With its strong flowery bouquet, velvety finish and fine tannic quality, this wine is perfectly suitable as an accompaniment to meat dishes.
