Pinot Nero, also called Pinot Noir, originates Burgundy and has been planted in South Tyrol for more than a century. The grapes for this lovely wine grow in selected vineyards on the slopes in Bolzano.

The Cantina Bolzano is a renowned winegrowing cooperative in the heart of South Tyrol, Italy. A fine, intense aroma supported by a full but at the same time, harmonious body are characteristics of this grape varietal. "Nouvelle cuisine" offers many more opportunities to enhance the characteristics of this wine, or we suggest the Gewürztraminer with spicy Asian food.
Müller Thurgau is the result of a crossing between Riesling and Sylvaner. The bunches are fine and have green-yellowish fragrant grapes. The wine's delicate note of aromatic walnut and moderate acidity are highly appreciated. This wine is best served with hors d'oeuvres, seafood, grilled fish and white meat.
