VINIFICAZIONE: Vinificazione a temperatura controllata con movimento del mosto per circa 10 giorni. Fermentazione malolattica e maturazione in barrique usate oppure in piccoli botti di rovere da 44 hl.
VALUTAZIONE DELL' ENOLOGO: Colore rosso rubino vivace. Profumo elegante, fresco, fruttato con sfumature di bacche di bosco come lamponi e ciliegie selvatiche. Sapore ben strutturato con un leggero sentore di rovere, marcatamente tannico, lascia al palato un retrogusto elegante e persistente.
