VIGNETI: Le uve provengono dalle zone di Termeno, Montagna e Egna, dove i vigneti si estendono su terreni di conformazione calcarea, argillosa con un sottosuolo ghiaioso ad un altezza di circa 250 fino a 550 metri s.l.m.
VINIFICAZIONE: Dopo la vendemmia l'uva è stata sottoposta ad una pressatura soffice immediata. Successivamente il mosto viene fermentato a temperatura controllata (26 - 28°C) nelle vasche d'acciaio, dove il vino viene anche elevato.
NOTE SENSORIALI: Il T Rosso è il risultato che abbina la leggerezza della gioviale Schiava alla piacevolezza del frutto, riscontrata nel Pinot Nero. Un connubio perfetto tra storia e tradizione vitivinicola altoatesina, che rende unico questo vino. Nel bicchiere il T- Rosso si presenta dal colore rubino al granato luminoso, al naso molto fruttato ed in bocca incanta per freschezza e morbidezza. Un vino elegante che può essere abbinato alla cucina nostrana, come anche a piatti di carni magre o pesce.

For the gourmets among us, the delicious wild boar ham is recommended. The meat of the wild boar is not comparable to that of the domestic pig. It is aromatic and dark red in colour. Furthermore, the meat is leaner and firmer than that of the domestic pig.
The infused oils are obtained with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Quattrociocchi. The olives, the citrus and the spices are cold pressed together. Each one of our product is made according to the traditional recipe. All the ingredients are high quality and organic.
