Intense ruby red with aromas of wild berries, sour cherries and pronounced herbal spice. The wine presents itself elegant and opulent at the same time. It has a complex structure with well-developed and juicy tannins.
Our Lagrein Reserve Burgum Novum gives a compact and concentrated wine with a dark red colour and soft tannins. The typical aromas are Chocolate, Coffee, Vanilla and Violets.
Precisely because of its extreme slope, this very small vineyard is called Himalaya. The small terraces can only be worked by hand. In the shade of the "Königswiese", and on the steep west-facing slope, the Pinot Noir finds its second home. The French clones planted in 2007 bear very small grapes and the yield does not exceed 4,000 kg/ha. The grapes ripen in early September. Fermentation takes place in steel. The wine is then aged in barriques for 18 months.

Spontaneous fermentation with partly whole grapes in open tonneau, malolactic fermentation and ageing for 18 months on the fine lees in oak tonneau with several layers of grapes.
Spontaneous maceration with 30% stems in open tonneau for three weeks. Malolactic fermentation and ageing for 24 months on fine lees in oak tonneau. Bottling unfined and unfiltered in November 2020. Bottle ageing for at least 24 months.

Deep, quite intense, cherry red colour. Very pronounced, clean aroma with fruity notes of cherry and blackcurrant. Also spice notes (white pepper) and oak. Full bodied, with good fruit concentration on the palate. Long finish, accompagnied by tannins that are well integrated in the structure of the wine. Still rather youthful.
The fact that we have what it takes to produce truly great red wines have been proven by our winemaker in the form of this vintage Cabernet, which is part of the St. Valentin range. Delicately matured in small oak casks, this Cabernet comes in a mature ruby colour. Its dense, aromatic diversity is characterised by fruity aromas, ripe wild berries, vanilla and liquorice. Smooth, velvety tannins, delicate scents of cocoa and stewed fruits combined with a characteristic structure and density delight the palate and promise a variety of surprises and a pleasant taste. Proper ageing in the bottle allows this still young wine to intensify its pronounced complexity even further. The Cabernet St. Valentin is an excellent accompaniment to strong red meat dishes the barbeque, to game and lamb and to piquant varieties of cheese.
Marjon comes in a lovely ruby red with a garnet shimmer. An enticing nose of wild berries, plum and cherry is enhanced by spicy aromas and followed by a beautiful freshness on the palate, recalling the elevation of the vineyards where the grapes selected for Marjon originate. This elegant pinot noir displays classy and seductive tannins, underpinned by zesty acidity and a fruity and juicy finale with an evident touch of spice.
Opaque purple in colour. An aroma of dark woodland berry fruits with ripe plum, elderflower syrup and liquorice provide an indication of the complexity this wine will attain with maturity. On the palate it is muscular, velvety and concentrated with assertive but ripe tannins.
A steep southern slope at the foot of Ritten with deep morainic soils, which consist of sandy loam and the topsoil consists of the Bolzano porphyry plate. Here grow fruity-mineral wines.
Color: Brilliant ruby red. Aroma: Floral notes of violets and roses; fruity whiff of bing cherries and raspberries, typical hints of bitter almond and marzipan. Flavor: Velvety and full, lingering.
The approach to the palate is solid and lush, with a rush of fleshy dark wild berries, while nuanced tannins give the round body a stable balance and a good constitution for a lengthy aging in the bottle.
Deep ruby red. Strong and concentrated bitter almond aroma, which is typical for an outstanding Schiava. The morainic grounds fill the wine with a fine mineral taste. On the palate very balanced and elegant, fine tannins. Good length and a high potential of ten years in the bottle.
The Pinot Noir is a ruby to garnet red wine with velvet like tannins. For the nose it is intense and reminds us of fruits of the forest. For the palate it is persistant and full.
